Palo Santo is an aromatic wood from the Bursera graveolens tree, native to South America. It is traditionally burned as incense for spiritual purification, energy cleansing, and to promote relaxation.

Light the tip of the stick until it catches flame, then blow it out after a few seconds so it smolders and releases fragrant smoke. Wave the stick gently around the space, focusing on corners or areas you wish to refresh. Place the smoldering end in a heatproof dish or bowl of sand when finished and let it extinguish completely. Always ventilate the room, keep away from flammable materials, and never leave burning palo santo unattended.
