ORDER PROCESSING

Internet orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Weekends and major holidays are not included in the processing time. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct when you place your order. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it. URдs products are delivered from door to door by DHL and Iceland Post to all countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes.

DELIVERIES WITHIN ICELAND 

Shipping delivery methods and prices are based on the total value of the customer’s order and the delivery location. If the total order value is ISK 10.000 or more you will receive delivery with Iceland Post for free. If the total order value is less than ISK 10.000 delivery with Iceland Post costs ISK 500. A 24% VAT is added to all prices. 

DELIVERIES WORLDWIDE

Shipping delivery methods and prices are based on the total value of the customer’s order and the delivery location. If the total order value is €150 or more you will receive delivery with DHL for free. If the total order value is less than €150 you can choose between delivery with standard shipping from Iceland Post for €11.95 or DHL Air Express shipping for €19.95.

ICELAND POST STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery takes up to 7 business days. Deliveries from Iceland Post are subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

AIREXPRESS SHIPPING

Delivery takes 2-4 business days. Deliveries from DHL are subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipping outside Iceland URÐ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

URÐ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
